I’ve got one kid who loves them, and one who sees a bit too much texture for her breakfast cakes ;) I tried to go easy on the mix-ins, but we did want something a little different. These would be great warmed in the toasted oven with a swoop of whipped cream cheese.
I think there is enough going on here that gluten-free flour substitutes would be fine!
