Crispy Broccoli Caesar

I buy the huge bag of broccoli from Costco and needed more ideas to use it up besides alongside wontons. I have a simple broccoli and arugula salad in my recent cookbook that we all love, but my kids also love all things Caesar, so we tried this.

I served this dish with the Caesar on the bottom and the broccoli on top to retain the broccoli’s crispy texture. You could easily toss the broccoli in the dressing to distribute it more.
