
Dairy-Free Chocolate & Almond Butter Brownies

We had to wrap and freeze these because Hugh and I were going through them a little too quickly. Now we just bite into them frozen ;) I replaced butter with coconut oil here. They are a very rich and chocolatey treat. Peanut butter or almond butter, add a nice nutty swirl and a perfect complement to these brownies. I did find them a little crumbly, so popped them in the fridge so they held shape more easily.
