This can be an under-30 minute meal for a weeknight if you start your rice first and move quickly! I go to the market with a little bit of a plan, and always grab some ground meats to fill in for when I don’t necessarily know what I’m going to make. I saw the gist of this on Defined Dish and gave it a SKCC twist. I happened to have some shredded cabbage so included that, but some steamed broccoli, sliced snap peas or any green that goes well with Asian cuisine would work great here.
Ground turkey or pork would work as an exact swap too.
