Green Goddess Deviled Eggs

Green Goddess Deviled Eggs

Makes
12 eggs
Total time

A dozen eggs is a lot (that’s 24 halve) but if you’re going to make these, you’re likely to share them, and then they’re worth the fuss. It’s very easy to halve the recipe if needed. We had extras and enjoyed them for a handful of days after.

For a party, I boiled the eggs ahead, kept the filling in a plastic bag and snipped the corner so I could pipe in the filling and garnish before putting them out.

The original has a piece of crispy prosciutto on top. To do this, simply lay the prosciutto flat on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes at 375°F, until crispy. Let it cool, then break it into pieces for garnish.
