Korean Shredded Chicken Sandwiches

Many of you loved the Korean Chicken Tacos, so this is another home for that chicken. In this recipe, the chicken is braised, and then you can let people assemble their own sandwiches.

For the kiddos, I didn’t make the mayo spicy, but stir in a little gochujang or sriracha if you’d like a kick.

I know avocado is not authentic, but that addition would be great here.
