I used to make an almond rosemary bread when Hugh was in a keto phase that was a very low sugar. It was a breakfast bread that you could have with eggs or even put some butter and jam on for a snack. I tinkered by adding some ripe bananas and carrots for more vitamins, and to hopefully give it more natural sweetness so the kids would eat it too. The bread is packed with protein, low in sugar and while it’s not a “sweet bread”, my kids liked it toasted and topped with something tasty.
