We recently bought a very small flattop for the backyard and I’ve been turning to Pinterest for ideas on meals to make on it besides burgers (which the kids have not complained about). I figured everyone loves a taco and these are so easy to make in an assembly line.
I do find ground meats vary widely in moisture content. If yours feel a bit too wet to smear on a tortilla, add a ¼ cup of panko to help dry it up.
