Spanikopita Meatballs

If you can, buy a feta that comes in brine, because we’ll use that liquid to help flavor the meatballs. This will typically come along with a higher quality feta, but easily found at Costco, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods, etc. If chicken sounds dry to you, some ground lamb would be delicious as well!

We thought the bowl benefited from this Tahini Dressing (so easy!) but you could skip that if you are not a big sauce person.
