I have one kiddo who seems to be getting pickier, so instead of fight it and think I’ll wear her down into liking a larger variety of foods, I am trying to include a few meals I know she likes. Here we take whatever bundle of cherry tomatoes you have from the market, and roast them with a head of garlic, which will add concentrated flavor to the tomato sauce. Add them into the blender with some cream and pasta water or broth, and it creates a delicious sauce that will coat your favorite noodles beautifully.
The protein-forward folks in my house added some browned Italian sausage, but it is great simply as is.
