S’mores Rice Krispies Treats

I know I didn’t invent this concept per se, but we love a Krispy treat here. There are a few gluten free folks in our orbit, so having these as an option is a total crowd pleaser. In don’t own a culinary torch, so I put ours under the broiler and just kept a close eye. If you want more of a “s’mores look” sprinkle a few more mallows on the top before broiling to get little puddles of toasted mallow.
