I always do a quick, fridge jam in the summer when the fruit is delicious and ripens faster than we can eat it on these warm days.
I enjoyed this on fresh sourdough with my favorite non-dairy cream cheese Kite Hill! and a smoosh of this jam! The kids had it over a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it is great on pancakes or stirred into plain yogurt too.
It does make a small amount, but easily doubles if you have jam fans in the house or would like to gift another jar.
