Sonoran Chicken Wraps w/ Street Corn Relish

We’ve done a buttermilk brine for grilled chicken and this time around we’re using beer. If you’re gluten free, most markets, like Whole Foods, sell a few varieties that are great. If you skip this brining step, marinate the chicken in all of the listed spices plus a few tablespoons of oil and any citrus juice to help distribute.
