I am titling this a mocktail, but this could handle your spirit of choice too! Maybe some rum or tequila. When I list coconut milk, it is just a small amount. Ideally you’d use one that shakes up well from a can and doesn’t have sugar or other additives in it, but a coconut beverage, like something you’d put on top of granola, would also be great, just a bit thinner.

Albeit a high maintenance ask, you should be able to find fresh ginger juice at any juice shop and in most juice sections at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s etc. It’s often mixed with other juices because it is so strong and those would be fine here too. I wouldn't go for one paired with cayenne but do what you can. Your other ginger option is to use ginger beer in place of sparkling water to include that ginger kick!
