Hey hey! Happy holiday weekend? Gosh life is strange. Still on the rollercoaster over here, but what I DO know, is that you have some delicious food on the menu this next week. A simple Pasta al Limone (how pretty are those noodles?) and my new favorite salad with a melon I suggest you only buy in the summer time when they're sweet and delicious. We have a marinated steak or mushroom salad and then, a delicious pie! It's a dessert I enjoyed on dates with my dad when I was younger but I had never made a Key Lime Pie at home. SO good. Has me thinking of ice cream pies in that amazing crust too. Anyway. I hope you all are staying well and not completely burnt of cooking more often.
