Week 104

Well that was a doozy of a week. Anyone else? I asked on our SKCC Facebook group what sorts of recipes you all are looking for going into September and was honestly relieved to see that most of you are just as toasted on life as I feel as well. Not that I want that for any of you, but it's nice to know other people are in the same boat. Most are asking for simple, light meals with an emphasis on prepping ahead and roll over ingredients so I'll brainstorm on that. I want this service to point you towards meals that are do-ably unique for you all. I would love our social media spaces to be ones where we can share meals and tricks that work, and by no means does it have to be all SKCC recipes, so head over and pipe in if you'd like.

This week, we have some recipes that do have make ahead components and pieces that keep the heat and cooking elements outside. We're making a cold ramen salad that keeps well for lunches during the week. A simple panzanella salad that has a mere 10 minutes of actual toasting time and is otherwise just simple chopping. We're revisiting my favorite turkey burger on here and also batching some pancake mix that makes for easy work in the morning.
