The recipes this week are all adapted from Gwenyth Paltrow's It’s All Good cookbook, co-written with Julia Turshen and published a few years ago. The book is full of recipes that avoid gluten, (most) cow dairy, red meat, sugar etc. It’s the kind of food a lot of you enjoy - light, simple, room for additions based on your taste. I found it in a giveaway box at Cleo’s preschool and snagged it so we could try some different things this week. Below are some recipes that stood out to me and include no oven time for those of us trying to keep the house cool!
