Holler to our vegetarian folks this week! Often times, vegetarian recipes have a more flavorful end result, because they require more creativity to make a food taste good that is mostly fiber and water. That said, many people take vegetarian recipes, our house included, and add grilled chicken or sausage or flank steak and just nestle it in there with the tasty vegetables. That is my suggestion for those of you who feed people who need meat to feel full.

The Peruvian Marinade for chicken has tons of flavor and work into these, or the vegetarian chili can handle ground beef or turkey in there if you want to bulk it up and freeze some! My hope is that you’ve built some experience within these recipes, to make them work for your people.
