Week 112

Hey hey! What a combination we have this week ha. I try to balance the menus so all sorts of diets are considered, and at least one thing is really kid-friendly, and when I look at the group, sometimes they're a little random all together. Soooo here we are!

The handpies can be made small as a snack or appetizer, or larger for more of a calzone situation. The baked pasta is SO satisfying and makes a lot! So invite people to come hang in the backyard and feed friends. The Kielbasa is silly easy, but I know everyone here likes a meal that takes under 20 minutes to pull together (don't forget sourdough rolls! Or add roasted potatoes. It's pretty light for most). And overnight oats! Whether your mornings are moving quickly these days or not, it's nice to have breakfast together in advance. My kids add rainbow sprinkles just to keep the flare alive.
