Week 114

Sauce is life! We're making a sauce similar to the Muhummara, but with poblanos instead. We thin it out to make a Caesar-esque salad dressing, and then swirl it into yogurt to pair with sweet potatoes. Lastly, we're making a cornbread waffle, which my kids thought was just the best dinner ever, with a quick fried egg, crispy prosciutto or bacon (or not) and more sauce! It's a good week!

We're hustling up to get a small, holiday ebook together next week. As different as they may look this year, it's been nice to pull some of our favorites from here and write a few new ones for however the gatherings may look this season. I'll have more details on gift memberships for the holidays and a small run of "cooking sticks" I had made with our logo on them next week!
