I am already a little tired of fall squashes, oops. This oven-baked risotto from Ashley Rodriguez was a favorite from a ways back and if you haven't tried it, do it! It is so cozy and can feed a small crowd. Same goes for the carnitas. I've made it a few times the past week and delivered half or had someone over. It is a really affordable meal, reheats well, and you all LOVED that aji sauce! And brownies, don't skip the brownies.
I was thinking of doing the suggested Zoom class for hosting, albeit that holidays will be different this year. If that is of interest, let me know! We'll do a small group of 10 and I'll get some recipes to you in advance.
Lastly! Go NOW if you want the last of the skcc cooking sticks! I will not be doing another run this year. Please limit two per person. They 'd be a great addition to a gift membership!
