I know you may not feel like running back to the market today per se, but we have a few easy meals to follow what I'll guess was a big cooking week for many.

The Turkey Noodle Soup is a place for those of you to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey, should there be any. A store-bought rotisserie chicken is great or Instant Pot/Dutch Oven some shredded chicken like you would for tacos, and throw that in. Vegetarian? Use a can of chickpeas or white beans! So simply satisfying. The frittata is an anytime meal and easily modified for dietary preferences, and we have many fans of the shrimp tacos, so I rotated that in as well. And the ice cream! It is silly easy. I am a forever believer in the no-churn method now.
