Week 147

Happy Friday! We have another vegetarian week and only one of the recipes requires oven time (I know so many of you mentioned it was toasty in your kitchens already). The eggplant "meatballs" are tasty and quite easy - my kids won't really go for eggplant or mushrooms most days, but hidden in here, worked. We're also making a warm sandwich that would be excellent with a side salad. The corn salad is a great home for the zhoug sauce which you can't skip! I know I know we do lots of green sauces, but this one is super vibrant and spiced and goes on all your favorite summer things.

A favor. My instagram account for @sk_cookingclub has been wonky, and it's not showing most of you my posts and stories. If you have a moment, if you could like, comment, engage in some way with posts on that account this week, that will help move the algorithm gods. I hate to ask, but I use that as an easy way to communicate with you all, and it's more effective if members are actually seeing the posts. I am always open to suggestions on how to connect, so reach out any time.
