Happy holiday weekend! Hope this weekend beholds a reason to cook up something delicious. We're making tacos for, well, any of the nights. The nachos scale up easily and you can be as fancy as you'd like by making pickled onions (see the sauces and condiments archive), the cashew-based nacho sauce if you don't do dairy, or level up by adding the carnitas from the archives. The vegan, no-bake cheesecakes are a cold little treat to have on hand or bring to a party. Lastly, the snacking board! It's a cheese plate that we are rebranding as dinner. The recipes for the dips and skewers will populate in your grocery list, but the cheese, crackers, olives, fresh and dried fruit, cured meats...all the extra cheese-platey goodness, you'll need to add that to your grocery list as you wish. It's just too personal for us to list for you.
