It's Grill Week! Unless you don't have a grill grill, then most things can be made in the oven and a grill pan. Do you do charcoal because it smells nostalgic and the flavor is superior? Gas because it's fast and easy? Smoker of some sort? No grill at all? I'd love to hear what you're cooking with outside.These recipes shine with peak summer produce, so find good peaches (smell them!), fresh sourdough for the panzanella, and eggplant that hasn't gone mushy. I will use Ina Garten's line, and suggest that seeking out the best will come through, especially here.
