Entertaining Week!

While each of these recipes can be paired with whatever menu you fancy, it is written to go together. One of the most frequently asked questions this summer has been about designing a meal for friends or family, that all goes together, and has make ahead components. You will see in the Prep Ahead notes are divided by day ahead and day of so you can ideally enjoy yourself and not be stressed. Delegate drinks and an appetizer! Please do let me know if you're looking for alternatives for any of the dishes for dietary reasons or even just for taste, would love to help. This is a lot of cooking, I'm aware, but I would rather put too many items in here and let you eliminate something.

My vegetarian option here would be to make the Lentil Meatballs, but change out the spices so they don't taste so Italian. Use coriander in place of fennel seed and skip the parmesan (maybe replace it with feta cheese if you'd like? Instead of the suggested pesto there, you can use the tzatziki mentioned in the menu at large, to sauce them up. Ohhhh or the zhoug from a few weeks ago! I know we're mixing a few different cuisines here but it works!
