Week 156

We made it! My people are happy at school, I am happy to have some hours back to work and errand on my own, and there is still summer in the air. It has been a heavy news week, and I wish I always had the right words and quick advocating and action to call towards, but I often get stuck. I plan to do some fundraisers, and will add those notes when I can catch up enough to host a class, but in the meantime, we've always donated to the IRC and trust that is a great and reputable place to donate should you be able.

This week, we are still leaning towards grilling to keep some heat out of the house, but by no means exclusively so. We have some spiced chicken, a vegetable packed pasta, we're making a quick teriyaki again with some tofu and vegetables (you can totally roast at high heat or use a grill pan!) and then some creamy, no-bake cookies as a treat. It is summery and delicious and we hope you like it.

I am going to do my very best to make a habit of doing an IG live every Monday at 4pm PST of one of the week's recipes. Would love to see you if it works, and we can touch base about any questions for the week. Have a good one! xo
