Hey hey! I know we said we were focusing on "quicker" weeknight things, and most are, besides "A Sunday Dinner". That one isn't complicated, but it has a few more steps and waiting time, than I'd pull off on a Monday ya know? We are making homemade ranch, which can be used for a few meals, and the whole roasted chicken, depending on household, should give you enough to roll over into the Grilled BBQ Chop Salad. The roll-ups are great for lunches at home or to take to work and the kids did a version in a tortilla. The blondies are a winner though, so find something to celebrate this week. They are decadent and easy on the eyes with that bronzed mallow on top.

If you are able to Zoom with us on Sunday, I was planning to make something the kids would like. We'll make some zucchini, bean and cheese taquitos with an avocado pepita sauce from the archives and then a nectarine crumble crisp situation that works for breakfast with yogurt, or ice cream for dessert!
