Week 164! This week, we have lots of vegetable forward meals with plenty of room for changes. The fritters can go between buns if you need to sneak it past a child, or they can also be an appetizer if you're needing an idea for that. The gnocchi can take a sausage addition or not, can be gluten free or not, etc. The salmon salad has a headnote with an easy seasoning and quick, zippy dressing. And finally, a bar that is dessert or breakfast - not overly sweet and full of oats,
