Hey loves! I've missed you. I feel like I wasn't on social media much this week with the kids having an extra day off combined with short days for conferences so there was a lot more momming than cooking and connecting this week. By insta-lurking it seems the pasta and carrot salad were hits! And I saw a pretty picture and nice review of the beef on our FB group! No one needed toffee after Halloween, poor planning on my part.

This week, we have some more fall goodies. The chili is rich and delicious and makes enough to share. Invite someone over or gift a jar to a friend or freeze a portion for another time. The pasta is here for the kids and the salad is for our salad lovers who love alllllll the textures and tastes in one big bowl. The orange yogurt dressing is different, curious what you think. This is a Mckenzie week, so these delicious muffins are written gluten free, but absolutely work with all-purpose flour. We've tried them both ways!

Hope there are fun plans in store for you this weekend, or at the very least, a delicious meal. I will hope on IG Live on Sunday afternoon to make...something, so pop over if you're free. xo
