Happy Friday! More cozy things. This Orzo bake was delivered to friends and the kids ate it too, so huzzah for that. You can sub rice to make it gluten free or add sausage, all the notes are in there. We're making a tortellini soup and these lovely seared salmon bowls and a hummus I made a few times over the holidays that was a hit all around. White beans get a little creamier than garbanzos so the texture is excellent.

We have double sports this weekend and an extra day off and hopefully some sunshine. Hoping you all are healthy, or heading that way, and have good things in store over the weekend. Love to you! xo
