Hey pals! Are you hanging in there? Hope so. You've been quiet on instagram (aside from DM's that the buttermilk chicken-rack-trick from last week wasn't clear, sorry!). I always enjoy hearing from you and would love your suggestions of recipes you'd like included here. We have some simple meals this week, and a big giant cookie that I hope you have an occasion for.

We're going to do an IG Live on Sunday afternoon 4pm PST and make this week's Sheetpan Chorizo Meatballs. You can see in the headnote as well, that while chorizo is generally pretty warm, we'll bring the heat down so the kids like them too. My kids will be around, and want to hinder, I mean help me, so if yours want to cook too, they'll see other wee faces. I like the intimacy of Zoom, but I am going to try to add the fundraiser link to WC Kitchen to inspire folks to give towards the work they're doing in Ukraine, and I can do that there.
