Week 188

Hey all! I haven’t heard from many of you, so I'm hoping if you’re enjoying spring break in some way, it’s been a good one! I hope someone made the chorizo pasta though because it’s so good. Onward!

We’re making gyoza with ground chicken and all sorts of aromatics. They are crispy and a good one to make with kids. I am not a master folder of said gyoza, but I’ll pop a sample video up on IG this week. There are also some crispy fish tacos (which we make with rice flour!) so note there needs to be some grace with texture, as we aren’t deep frying them. The salad has a delicious dressing and perfect for lunches this week. Lastly, a quick trail mix bar for lunch boxes and snacking. So good!

We’re not doing an Easter menu next week per se, but I’ll include a round up of recipe ideas next Friday should you need them for a special brunch.
