Week 190

I say this a lot...but I really like this week :)

The burgers are packed with shredded zucchini, and layered with some of our aji verde sauce, greens, avocado, cheese if you want, on a toasted bun. My kids love them and they feel like you could pull them off for either a weeknight dinner or entertaining with some good sides (roasted potatoes, a springy salad). I am also aware I have written lots of mediterranean cauliflower salads so cheers again. The pizza asks for our green sauce from the archives (two green sauces this week! make them both at once while the blender is out!) and lots of shaved veggies on top. I know ya'll always want appetizer ideas, and I think this pizza, on focaccia bread and sliced in small pieces would be special. Log that away. And for those who requested more make-ahead breakfasts, we have some savory muffins for you. Swaps are in the headnote. I will say, having a silicone muffin tin (this is the one I have) is pretty essential for baked egg deals like this. Eggs have a tendency to stick to metal ones and also paper liners.

Meals to prep ahead before a new baby, OR to deliver to friends with a new baby comes up often, so we will work on making that list easy to find!
