We have "June Gloom" here and hair that smells like chlorine and watermelon and post camp meltdowns and lots of zucchini and sunkissed noses and later evenings playing in the street...feels like summer! What have you been up to?

This week's menu is designed to have all at once - a Father's Day menu that hits all the spots. You can make the pie a day in advance, get the brisket going morning of and then mostly just worry about the slaw and simple sides, or even assign the sides to a family member joining you! There are all sorts of make ahead and dietary swap notes within each recipe, and don't hesitate to reach out if we missed something.
