I have been checking the weather a dozen times a day, hoping the forecast will change. It's supposed to be near 100' this weekend and we do not have AC so you will find us at all the places with it - "who wants to go play in the Target toy section for a few hours, kids?!" It will be fine. Hot but fine; and as far as kitchen things go, I am planning for no oven time, that's for sure.

I hope it is cool enough where you are to make this citrus cake! There is a kid-favorite in the chicken sandwiches (extra easy on the chipotle) and how beautiful is that sesame tofu salad?! Extra.
