Week 213

I breezed through the blog and picked out a few recipes from those archives and retested and rewrote them to share here. It is our very long term plan to move favorites from the blog, over here, and have one Sprouted Kitchen archive of things. Most of those blog recipes are unedited and out of order but I like their bones, so I want to update them and give them another life. I'd love one SK home that I can keep up, we’re just still figuring out how to make that shift. It's also hard to read your own writing from a decade ago! How beautiful that we change so much over time and with more life experience. Alas.

Here are a few that I hear feedback about. The salad is quite different and I really loved all the crunch. I hope you can find the last of the good berries! The tacos are so silly quick and a nice meatless option. Same goes for the fritters - a bit more work at the stove but they are kid-friendly and packable for lunch the next day. Lastly, a one-bowl breakfast cake that I make often, just changing out the fruit.
