Aloha! We are in Maui for a family vacation and we pulled a dinner together last night with the tightest of ingredients. Salt and pepper and olive oil got their workout and spicy mustard was our sauce. There was a request here once to put together a list of meals to make on vacation and I am now inspired to do that ;)
This rice dish is riffed from the first Ottolenghi Test Kitchen book and we just love it. I will definitely make it again this week and shoot mediocre Instagram story videos for you. The fries need a moment and there is always room for fall sides (I am very into a post roast dressing or marinade on everything from meat to vegetables) and obviously these crispy treats. Have we PB+J's everything here yet?
