Welp, the holidays are here. It is somewhat comical that between Costco and Trader Joes and Amazon and junk mail, we have Halloween and Thanksgiving and Christmas messaging coming at us all at once! Pumpkin for now, but chocolate peppermint (my fave) in jusssstttt a few more weeks. Because we have Halloween on Monday, I pulled a few favorites that I think would be easy to pull off next week. This veggie chili is so good that your regular-chili-friends will not be disappointed. Toppings matter. Tater Tots are chefs kiss. The carnitas tacos and minimal work and while the salmon bowls are slightly more work, they are a delicious combination of ingredients. Lastly, and perhaps a few days too late, Mummy Dates. I can find those candy eyes at Hobby Lobby or Amazon.

We have a couple more weeks before the Thanksgiving menu, but I'll include it here because a few have asked:
