I love the word schnitzel! We'll start there. My kids thought it was a bougie chicken finger and it made our green salad dinner that much more exciting. It is also the time of year for a stewed meat and this flatbread was SO good. I love squash all the way up until I don't want to see any more squash and this recipe was a hit. Lastly, these overnight oats are creamy and sweet and an excuse to eat something besides cereal as you're rushing to make it to school on time. This weekend we are wrapping up soccer seasons and celebrating our wedding anniversary and the kids are having a cousin sleepover date. I wish we could put up our Christmas lights but I knowwwww it's too soon. I just love the lights on the house! I hope you get a pot roast going on Sunday and maybe have time to make your own pizza dough and enjoy a bit of rest this weekend. Glad you are here!
