Week 224

I am only making food for events lately. We end up with good lunches while I work during the day but nothing fun for dinner besides the obvious - frozen pizza and salad, ground turkey tacos, or meatballs, toast and roasted broccoli. No think things between holiday parties and volunteering at school and being out for ice skating with friends. This season is so full. I am making our Shaved Brussles and Kale Salad for a large group for the third time tomorrow. Never thought I'd say this, but I need a few days off salads. I hope these dinners can feed you well this week! I added our latkes to the menu with Hannukah starting and even if that is not what you celebrate, they are excellent with scrambled eggs and bacon.

Our holiday menu will be up on Friday that includes a delicious Apple Monkey Bread and a Potato and Sun Dried Tomato Frittata for those planning your grocery list in advance! I can get anyone more specifics if you need them. I know the timing falls close this year between the holidays and publish dates.
