The smell of roasting garlic is just a dream. A wintery salad because we still need inspo here even when produce pickings are slim. A favorited taco recipe and a simple breakfast recipe to shake up the routine this weekend. I am also hoping to make some Carnitas tonight to make a dent in the 4970982674 corn tortillas I ended up with from a Costco purchase (no one ever wants to go to another store for one thing). Which necessitates these margaritas.
