Happy Easter weekend! I hope you have something planned for the weekend or are coming off a lovely Spring break or perhaps heading into one.

We didn't do a holiday menu this week (though the Springy Beef Stew would be a good one for a small group) but I did add on some favorite recipes from years past that I think would be great additions to your holiday menu. Forever members, you will recognize a good handful, and folks who are new, it is your lucky week! You just tripled your recipe quote for the week. I have a suspicion you already have a menu planned, but if I can help point you towards anything else, do let me know.
