Week 244

This is a week of answered requests. I got a DM from Michelle, asking if I could lighten up this super easy pasta salad dish she saw online. A larb dish that could go on rice or in lettuce wraps, another springy pizza and a small-batch tiramisu (specific! yet possible. I like it). Love hearing from you all, and it helps me when I think we've really made everything there is to make here, so keep them coming.

We got a Gozney pizza oven in the backyard and I am still working on figuring that out. I can't seem to get my dough thin enough, or to cook it through correctly before the top is too burnt. We have a new pizza dinner tradition every Monday night after soccer, so I'm looking forward to dialing that in and sharing some good combos with you all over the warmer months.
