Week 251

It felt like our first real summer week. The sun is out and the kids had camp and we hit the community pool a few times and picked up tacos when we got home too late to make dinner. I know so many parts of the country are reaching high temps, but we just started seeing the sun here, so I am sure that has something to do with things as well. This week, we have some ribs with classic sides. We are also making a favorite of grilled vegetables with a good sauce and burrata - all things to love. Then there are salmon skewers and an easy appetizer while the berries are at peak freshness. Subs are in there, and you'll notice that we are trying to keep things a little bit quicker, per request. I always have shortcuts of things to add if you want to brainstorm. Don't hesitate to reach out!
