Hello, my summer friends! This menu is feeling very seasonally appropriate with it's tomatoes and corn and salmon and strawberries and peaches. The produce is so dreamy right now and we are going to make the most of it.

In my hamster wheel of recipe brainstorming and making of all the food things all the time, these peach bars have been top of mind to make again. Even if you are not gluten free, the texture of the crust and crumble is just amazing and the peaches this time of year really do shine. We (er, I!) love a salmon dish and you all always love a salad on the menu. The tomato tart is one of those quiche-like meals that could really be eaten at any time of day, so consider this one for lunch or a picnic or with a fried egg on top for breakfast.
