Have you already seen the tik tok trend of the burger patty smashed into a tortilla or pita sort of situation? It's a quick way to get dinner going and then with whatever time you have, you could add as many sauces and/or condiments that you choose. It does make me really wish we had a flat top grill! If you are the person that tries to hit a few of these recipes in a week, there are some cross over ingredients in the smash burgers and bowls. I love to really hit my tomato quota this time of year despite no one else in my family liking them. Then we'll switch it up with a salmon dish and finish things off with a sweet treat that you don't even need to turn the oven on for. I ordered Cleo a new backpack and the lunchbox bags needed to be replaced and I will rewrite our last name on all the reusable water bottles. School starts in two weeks! We are squeezing in a trip to Mammoth next week with some very dear family friends and going to pack in a couple more beach days besides. I know we're all on different schedules around here, but hope you are enjoying the season.
