Week 260

Hello, loves! How's the week? We had lots of school feelings which always takes me on a ride from going protective-mama-bear-mode to sitting on the edge of the bath, trying to keep my composure and saying the wise things I always imagined I'd say as a mother. I am more often the former, unfortunately, but I know my little people benefit from me just listening, and not trying to fix and solve and hype up with them. I do try to keep up with my Dr.Becky (if you don't follow her or read her things, she's brilliant and so relatable!). Anyway. Lots of snacks and a huge Thrive order (I get most of my packaged lunchbox things from them these days) and we're in the swing of things.

The kiddos are in mind with this menu. The Pizza Muffins this week make an excellent after-school snack or pack well in a lunchbox. And since apparently we're moving through zucchini and my kids love pizza, we're doing a Zucchini and Lemon Pizza too! Never enough! There is a fun take on a dog with a fun and unique relish and then some noodles, which you can add protein too or make as spicy or un-spicy as you'd like with the gochujang paste. Hopefully all quick-ish things, as I know this season asks for.
