Hey friends! I'm out of chit chat today. It felt moment to moment this week, packed with work things and personal life things and I have nothing to note. I stumbled into some hand me down cookbooks and have bookmarked a few new things to try, which will hopefully lead me out of the cooking burnout phase I'm in. I made great scones that I will share next week. That's all I've got. Tell me something?

Oh! Happy birthday weekend to my beloved, Hugh! He keeps this whole SKCC ship running smoothly and looking lovely. There will be Thai take out and a homemade GF chocolate chip cookie a la mode to ring in another year. May your week be full of celebrations big and small as well!
