Week 268

G'day! So I didn't hear from any of you about the roll over moments last week, how did that go? Helpful or nah? It seems like most of you don't make everything each week, so fire back if doing more weeks like that would be helpful. This week, we have this quinoa casserole that tastes like a more nutritious version of pizza. We put turkey pepperonis on top which helps a leeeetle bit with the kids. Everyone liked these beef bowls and I brought the delicata salad to a birthday last weekend to rave reviews. There is so much texture in here! Lastly! Look at those biscuit layers! I've made biscuits a few times, and this was the most successful. Just in time for the weekend, serve those fresh with some scrambled eggs. Chef's kiss.
